Sovereign Media Case Study

Why is it so hard to get what’s in your head onto the screen?

MON CHERRI - CGI Campaign

The UK-based founder of Mon Cherri saw specific scenes for his brand in Malta: a ferry pulling into the harbor with a giant chrome logo shimmering on its side; a branded helicopter rising from the water.

But the modern agency isn’t built for a vision like that; it’s built for process. It’s a machine of hand-offs and briefing documents. A founder has to surrender sovereignty over their own idea, hoping it survives the journey from account manager to junior artist.

So, we changed the model.

The point is that what people saw on their screens was an undiluted, uncompromising version of what the founder first imagined.

Have a vision you can’t compromise on?

Sovereign Media exists to give founders back control over their own vision. We’re not an agency. We’re a creative partner for people who know exactly what they want.
